1. 30-Day Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 calendar days of receiving your shipment.
  • Items must be in original, unused, unworn condition, with all original tags attached.
  • Items must be accompanied by all original packaging, including dust bags, jewelry boxes, and protective pouches.
  • Items showing visible signs of wear, alteration, perfume scent, or scratches cannot be accepted.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Returning an item is simple and straightforward:

  1. Email Us: Send an email to dunhui@vip.163.com with your Order Number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our concierge will reply within 24 hours with return instructions and our designated return facility address.
  3. Ship Your Package: Securely package the item in its original box and drop it off at your preferred courier. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

3. Inspection & Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility:

  • You will receive an email confirmation verifying the receipt and condition of the returned item.
  • Approved refunds will be processed immediately back to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund credit to reflect on your bank or credit card statement.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a piece for another color, size, or style, the fastest method is to contact us at dunhui@vip.163.com to reserve your preferred item while returning the original.

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged during transit or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at dunhui@vip.163.com with photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery. We will issue an immediate replacement or full refund at zero additional cost to you.
